Due to the statewide public health emergency declared by Governor Brian Kemp, City Hall will be closed to all public access until further notice. Utility bills can be paid via the website, by calling City Hall or by automatic draft. Citations can be paid via the website or by calling 1-844-214-8589. You can reach City Hall at 706-935-3061.

The app is free. From the app icon on your phone, ipad or computer search for iWorQ. Select iWorQ Request and load it. Open your app and it will ask Agency, type in Cityofringgold (all one word). You are now able to use the app. It gives you the ability to take a picture of whatever issue you are reporting. Once you submit it, it comes to City Hall and staff is then able to submit the request to the appropriate department for it to be handled.
